Second Sky offers a bright, open venue with flexible layouts that adapt to your event. From birthday celebrations to workshops, private gatherings to full venue rentals, it’s designed to support meaningful experiences in a modern, welcoming environment.

Full Venue Rental: 5 hr. min. $200 /hr. weekends, $150 /hr. weekdays

A $250 cleaning fee applies to all venue rentals of 5 hours or more, in addition to the rental fee.

*Setup and clean-up time are included in your requested block of time. There is a penalty fee for any reservation that goes over their allotted time at $250 for each additional hour. A 15-minute grace period applies to all events.

Non-profit organizations and partner groups can request a 20% discount on rental rates. Please discuss this with Second Sky Staff.

For events with less than 50 guests, a $150.00 security deposit is required to secure reservation. All or part may be refunded after inspection by a representative of Second Sky.

For events with over 50 guests and/or those serving alcohol, the client must secure event liability insurance and name Second Sky, Creative Machines and DNJ Holdings LLC as “Additional Insured” as it is a shared campus. Must provide proof of insurance to Second Sky representative at least 15 days prior to your event date.

Our venue can be configured in multiple ways depending on your guest count, event type, and layout needs.
