Tucson, It’s Time to Dance: Industry Sessions at Second Sky October 8
Make Thursday a dance night. On October 8, 2026, from 7 PM to midnight, In-Rave brings Industry Sessions to Second Sky: house, techno, local DJs and an invitation to connect with Tucson’s rave community.

This week’s Industry Sessions brings house and techno, vendors and a bar, with local community at its center. Come with friends, discover a DJ you haven’t heard before and spend some time with the people building Tucson’s electronic music scene.

That invitation comes from In-Rave, whose events highlight the local scene and bring music and visual experiences together. Second Sky welcomes Industry Sessions, and the event flyer also features Flam-Chen alongside In-Rave and Second Sky.
Music gives us a reason to move
A good track can turn “I should get moving” into “one more song.” You don’t need choreography to enjoy it. Moving to music can make physical activity something you want to do.
The CDC includes dancing among activities that can raise your heart rate and breathing and describes physical-activity benefits including better sleep and reduced stress. Its guidance for older adults includes dancing, too.
Enjoying movement has no single age bracket. Find a pace that suits you, take breaks and enjoy the music. This particular event is for adults 18 and older; an evening on the dance floor isn’t a promise of a specific health result.
For us at Second Sky, the invitation is also about gathering: making space for music, creativity and people who want to share them. That’s something worth raving about.
