Creating New Worlds: Winter Camp 2026

A planet of your own. A machine that brings it to life.

Creating New Worlds is a hands-on winter camp in Tucson for students in grades 4–8. Presented by Mat Bevel Company and hosted at Second Sky, this six-day program combines art, engineering, and imaginative world-building.

Students will sculpt a planet from clay, wire a motor, experiment with gears, and build a time-space machine that brings their imagined world to life. Creating New Worlds is Unit 2 of The Universe Within.
